In accordance with Article 84 (b) of the

Siam Order in Council, I have the honour to forward

a Regulation issued by me on this day, repealing

the Quarantine Regulation forwarded with my des-

patch Commercial No. 1 of July 13th last and

substituting inspection at Paknain for quarantine at

Koh Phai for British vessels arriving in Siamese

waters from Hong Kong and Chinese Ports.

The new Regulation is in accordance with

a decree on Quarantine issued by the Siamese

Government on the 23rd instant, of which I have the

honour to enclose a copy;

the wording is also

identical with the Regulation issued by Her Majesty's
